2. Consult Customer Care

• Before making your purchase, reach out to our Customer Care Team for personalised sizing recommendations. Fill out the Sizing Recommendation Request Form. The complimentary size exchange becomes eligible only when customers send in their requests through the Sizing Recommendation Request Form, and then our human customer care members assist afterwards. We strongly encourage you to consult us even if you have already owned Momotaro products since the sizing could vary with different product fits and versions.

3. Size recommendation

• Once we have received your size recommendation request, we will contact you within the next 48 hours.
• We keep records of sizing recommended to you.

4. Receive Your Order

• Wait for your order to arrive. Be sure to try it on before removing any tags!

5. Initiate an Exchange (if needed)

• If the size recommended does not fit as expected:
• Reach out to the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Provide the reason for the exchange.
• In order to assist us to understand the sizing issue, we will ask you to provide the actual measurements of the item received. Please follow the measuring guide and measure the products to facilitate the process.
• We may also ask for your fitting picture to determine if exchanging to another size is necessary.
• Customer Care Team will suggest an alternate size if the current sizing is deemed not accurate.
• If the alternate size is out of stock, we process a refund instead of an exchange.

6. Return the Original Item

• Once Customer Care Team determines the complimentary size-exchange is eligible, we will provide you with the return shipping labels at our costs. However, you are required to place a new order for exchange size in the same style first and let us know the new order number.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Consultation channel: The complimentary size exchange becomes eligible only when customers send in their requests through the Sizing Recommendation Request Form and then our human customer care members assist afterwards. Any other consultation through A.I. powered or human live chats is not eligible.
• Eligible Products: The complimentary size-exchange applies exclusively to denim jeans and denim jackets.
• Excluded products: Hemmed jeans are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Recommended Sizing: Size-exchanges are valid only for items that the Customer Care Team indicates. If customers select their own sizes, these purchases will not qualify for the complimentary size-exchange.
• Purchase Location: Only items purchased through the Momotaro global website are eligible for the complimentary size-exchange.
• Timeframe: Customers must order the enquired items in the final sizes recommended by the Customer Care Team within one month of purchase to qualify for the complimentary size-exchange guarantee.
• Limitations: Size-exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size. Exchanges for different items or styles are not permitted.
• Non-Transferability: Complimentary size-exchange benefits are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original recipient of the order.
• One-Time Exchange: Each customer is permitted one complimentary size-exchange per purchased item.
• Verification Requirements: Customers must provide sufficient information to verify any sizing inaccuracies. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for the complimentary size-exchange.

2. Time Frame for Exchanges

• Complimentary size-exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Verification Process

• Upon receiving customers’ size exchange, Customer Care Team will reach out to verify the incorrect sizing recommended. In order to assist us to understand the sizing issue, we will ask you to provide the actual measurements of the item received. Please follow the measuring guide and measure the products to facilitate the process.
• We may also ask for your fitting picture to determine if exchanging to another size is necessary.
• We appreciate your cooperation in the verification process in order to process the exchange request. Customers must provide sufficient information to verify any sizing inaccuracies. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for the complimentary size-exchange.

4. Final Right of Refusal

• Momotaro Jeans reserves the right to deny exchanges if fraudulent activity is suspected, including repeated sizing mistakes, excessive exchanges, or if the exchange does not comply with the outlined T&Cs.
• Momotaro Jeans reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the campaign or its terms without prior notice.
