The warp threads are dyed by hand using the Hon-Aizome method, which takes more than half a year to achieve a deep coloring.
The indigo-dyed warp threads undergo a different change over time than regular indigo.
The marbelts are made of cotton-silk fabric that feels good against the skin and Sanadahimo cords, a traditional Kojima cord, which are custom-made.
The patches are made of stitches dyed with Hon Aizome (indigo dyeing). The craftsman's skill and attention to detail in the specifications and careful sewing in pursuit of comfort produce a pair of jeans with dignity.
#100 has a straight silhouette with orthodox thickness.
Based on a moderately thick thigh, this sophisticated basic silhouette has a gentle taper below the knees. Slightly deeper crotch and a structure that loosely wraps around the waist.
